For families saying goodbye to someone they love

Every memory of them, gathered and kept.

You want them remembered the way you knew them: the laugh, the kindness, the little habits only the people who loved them saw. Everyone at the service carries a piece of that. One QR code lets each of them leave a story, a photo or their voice, so you can keep it all, together, in a book your family can hold.

Passes from $9.99, one time. Guests don’t need an app. You see every memory first, and nothing is shared until you approve it.

If you’re planning a service right now

There are a hundred decisions this week. Honoring them shouldn’t be a hard one.

Between the phone calls, the arrangements and family arriving from out of town, there’s little room left to think. And yet you want the service to show who they really were, and you don’t want the stories people tell that day to fade once everyone goes home.

You want them remembered as they were

More than a name and two dates. Friends, coworkers, neighbors and grandchildren each knew a different side of them. Together, their stories, photos and voices show the whole person.

You don’t have energy for one more thing

Setting up takes about five minutes on your phone, and the printable signs and cards are free. Guests scan, share and go back to the people around them.

You want to protect their memory

Nothing appears anywhere until you approve it. You decide what is kept, what stays private and what goes in the book. Co-hosts can help you, at your pace.

Stories

not just signatures. A guest book keeps names; the stories guests came to share usually leave with them.

1 min

for a guest to leave a memory: scan, write or record, send. No app, no account, no password.

100%

family-approved. Every memory goes to you first. Hide, keep private or approve with one tap.

How it works

Three gentle steps, and you stay in control

1

Create their page

Their name, a favorite photo and the dates of each gathering. It takes about five minutes on your phone.

2

Share one QR code

Print our free signs and cards, order boxed cards for the memory table, or text the link to family.

3

Keep it in a book

We lay out every approved memory as a hardcover book. You check every page before it prints.

More about the QR code guest book and the hardcover memorial book.

Made for the hard week

Gentle enough for grandparents. Simple enough for the day.

Large type, one step at a time, and nothing to download. Guests can write, add an old photo from their library, or simply say a few words. Voice notes are transcribed so they can go in the book, and the family checks every word.

  • Voice notes printed with a QR code to hear them again
  • Approval inbox: approve, hide, or keep private
  • Co-hosts so siblings can help
  • A daily digest, not 60 pings in an evening

“Every June Peggy left a paper bag of tomatoes on our porch with a note that said ‘too many again!’ It was never too many.”

Traditions

Designed with respect for how your family remembers

Each theme sets the wording, symbols and timing. For traditions with burial within a day, we start with a free printable kit and plan printed keepsakes for shiva, the 13th day or the 40th day. Each faith theme will be reviewed by clergy and a family from that tradition before it launches.

Questions families ask

Do guests need to download an app?

No. They scan the code with their phone camera and a simple page opens. It works on iPhone and Android.

Who can see the memories?

Only the family, by default. You can choose to show approved memories to guests as a shared wall.

What if someone posts something hurtful?

Nothing appears anywhere until you approve it, and you can hide anything with one tap.

The service is tomorrow. Is it too late?

No. Your pass includes a free printable kit with QR cards and signs. You can print it tonight at home or at any print shop. In Dallas–Fort Worth we also offer same-day cards.

When should we order the book?

We suggest waiting 7 to 10 days after the service so late memories can arrive. Books print in 3 to 5 days, then standard shipping (free) takes about two weeks more; Express is available.

How long is the page kept?

At least 10 years, and you can download everything at any time.
