About us

Why Memorabilia exists

At a funeral, people tell the stories you most want to keep, and then they go home. A paper guest book keeps their names, but the stories leave with them. Memorabilia gives everyone in the room one QR code, so they can leave a story, a photo or a voice note from their phone in about a minute, without an app.

The family sees every memory first and decides what to keep. Nothing is shown to anyone until they approve it. Afterwards, they can keep everything in a hardcover book, printed from the memories they chose.

Who we are

We’re a small company based in Plano, Texas, working with families and with funeral homes, hospices and churches in Dallas–Fort Worth. When you write to us, a person on our team answers, usually within one business day.

How we write our guides

  • Our guides are written for people planning a service or supporting someone who is grieving. They’re practical: what to do, what to say, and examples you can use.
  • Every example wording is our own. We don’t copy text from other sites or books.
  • Each guide shows the date it was published or last updated. When we change a guide in a way that matters, we update that date.
  • We don’t give medical, legal or financial advice. For grief that feels too heavy to carry, please talk to a doctor or a licensed counselor, or call or text 988 in the US.
  • Some guides mention what Memorabilia does. We sell memorial pages, books and cards, and we say so plainly. The advice works with or without us.

How we handle memories

Memorial pages are private to the family by default and are kept out of search engines. Families can export everything or delete it at any time. The details are in our terms and privacy policy.
