Delete your account
In the app: Settings → Delete my account. Here, without the app: enter the email address you sign in with, type the code we send, and your account is deleted at once.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in.
- Every memorial you own: its page, QR codes, every memory, photo, voice note and video, and the book. Co-hosts lose access too.
- Your app usage counts and notification tokens.
- Orders already placed, as tax records for seven years, with no link to you; the shipping address is shortened to city and state 90 days after delivery. Books already printing still arrive.
- Memorials you co-host but don’t own (they belong to their owner).
- The record that you agreed to our terms, for three years, with no link to you.
Want to keep the memories? Download everything first in the app (Settings → Download everything). Deleting a memorial is not reversible after this step, unlike the 30-day trash in the app.
